Why is that not provided at check-in? They have a live band that plays on the weekend until 2 am! NEVER AGAIN! If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your money, pick something up from the boardwalk! Check-in was ATROCIOUS! Two of the three self check-in kiosks were out of order and the one that wasn’t, didn’t work! Had to wait on an incredibly long line with only two staff members actually checking people in! Staff seeing the line and no one coming to put additional people to get guests checked in. Every sign, everywhere said 21 and over even to use the pool and gym! The staff were rude, only one elevator was working and got stuck in the elevator twice! The bath tub had hair in the drain and in the tub! And getting staff to come clean took a miracle! The “food court” was a joke! It was a pizza place and a sub place and wanted to charge astronomical prices. This resort is NOT for families or children.
